Order Changes

Helpful info

We print to order, so there’s a short window to make changes before an item enters production.

What we can change (before printing)

  • Address updates (street, unit, city, postal/ZIP).
  • Size or color swaps on the same design.
  • Cancel for a full refund (if not yet in production).

What’s locked (after printing/shipping)

  • Once an item is printing or has shipped, changes aren’t possible.
  • We can still help with solutions—see our Returns & Exchanges policy.

How to request a change

  • Act fast: reply to your order email or contact support with your Order # and the change needed.
  • Include the correct address or the new size/color you want to switch to.

Wrong address delivered?

  • If a parcel was delivered to an old or incorrect address on the order, carriers usually can’t retrieve it. We’ll do our best to help with a reprint solution—reach out to Support.

Tip: Include any deadline (birthday/gig date) so we can prioritize where possible.
