Refund policy

We print on demand to reduce waste, so returns are limited. We accept returns for defective/damaged items reported within 30 days and size issues reported within 7 days of delivery.

Returns are Free & Easy

  • We’ll make things right within 30 days from purchase for eligible issues.
  • Use our Contact page to start a request—real humans answer fast.
  • Our goal at AxeThreads is that you love your order.

What’s eligible

  • Incorrect, damaged, or defective items → full refund or a free reprint.
  • Size issues (7-day window) → exchange/reprint options when the item is unworn and unwashed.

How to request a return/exchange

  • Go to Support with your Order # and a short description.
  • For defects/damage, include clear photos of the issue and the packing slip.
  • We’ll confirm eligibility and next steps (refund or reprint/exchange).

Conditions

  • Items must be unworn and unwashed for size-related exchanges.
  • Unauthorized returns can’t be accepted (contact us first so we can issue instructions).
  • Final-sale/custom items and normal wear/tear aren’t eligible.
